It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.05.2017 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, a case has been registered in Crime No.83 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 417 and 420 IPC. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has produced the copy of FIR before this Court.
