This petition has been filed, to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's petition dated 01.11.2017 which was forwarded by the first and second respondents. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.94 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 506(i) IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 and the learned Government Advocate has also produced the copy of the First Information Report before this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
