ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to expedite the trial in C.C.No.151 of 2013 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Ms.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learend learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that already this Court has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to expedite the trial in C.C.No.150 of 2013 and dispose of within a period of three months, by order dated 26.10.2017, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14343 of 2017, which is also connected in C.C.No.151 of 2017.

4.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the diary extract, a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam for speedy trial and disposal of the case, will be in the interest of justice. Hence the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, is directed to expedite the trial in S.C.No.151 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
