Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks disbursement of the subsidy amount to him under the petition mentioned Scheme. The petitioner has given a representation dated 21.05.2018 in this regard.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate placing reliance on the communication dated 26.02.2019 sent by the second respondent submitted that as and when the funds are received, the same would be duly credited to the account of the petitioner's mother Pichayee. It appears that the petitioner as well as the mother Pichayee are residing as one family and that it is the mother, who has given an application in this regard.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
