This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by de-facto complainant.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner has made a statement before the respondent police that no harassment is made. A copy of the written statement has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the statement made by the petitioner before the respondent that no harassment is made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
