This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.When the matter came up during the last occasion, this Court noticed that the F.I.R. was registered, in this case, in the year 2017 and the case pertains to job racketing. Therefore, this Court directed the respondent police to file a final report before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy West, for an offence under Sections 120B, 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C. However, the same is yet to be numbered.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to take steps to number the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy West, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
