ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9029 of 2015 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C in Crime No.255 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9036 of 2015 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C in Crime No.242 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that some unknown person said to have stolen the Thar Tins from the Panchayat Union Office and said to have sold the same to the petitioner herein.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has never committed any offence as alleged by the respondent police and the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of confession given by co-accused and the name of the petitioner is not found in FIR.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the properties were recovered.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9036 of 2015 is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9029 of 2015 is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before Vilathikulam Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 04/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
