ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.1627 of 2016, registered by the respondent, for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent police have sought for certain particulars from the petitioner/defacto complainant and they have not received the same so far. He would further submit that if the petitioner furnishes those documents, the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within 6 months from today. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the details required by the respondent/complainant.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
