The petitioner is having residence in the petition mentioned site.

He wants the TANGEDCO to provide electricity service connection. TANGEDCO has been expressing its difficulty on the ground that there is no public pathway over which, lines can be drawn and that necessitated filling of this writ petition. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 submitted that there is a public pathway over which lines can be drawn to the petitioner's house. If that be so, there cannot be any objection or impediment. Hence, the respondents are directed to provide electricity connection to the petitioner subject to the petitioner fulfilling https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all the formalities set out in the supply code. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
