ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A6, respectively apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 449, 307 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No. 739 of 2009, on the file of the respondent police, seek Bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to non appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court on 23.09.2014, a non bailable warrant was issued against them and the said absent of the petitioners is rather is neither willful nor wanton. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to cooperate for smooth conduct of the trial in future. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case is pending before the court concerned without any progress pursuant to the non appearance of the petitioners. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents.

5.I have gone through the reason given by the Lower Court, while dismissing the bail application and I do not find any error in the order passed by the Lower Court. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to file a recall petition before the competent Court.
