PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent made in his proceedings in A.Thi Moo.No.2052 / A5/18 dated 00.11.2018 signed on 10.12.2018 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give salary to the petitioner for her appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent school from 03.01.2012 to 17.04.2016.
For Petitioner in both petitions : Mr.D.Venkatesh For Respondents in both petitions : Mrs.S.Srimathy Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER Both these Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders passed by the second respondent dated Nil.11.2018, (signed on 10.12.2018), wherein, it is stated that the salary of the petitioners from the date of their appointment will be considered, on the outcome of the pending writ petitions. A consequential relief has also been sought by the petitioners, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay salary to them for the period serving as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School.
2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners produced the calculation memos pointing out the discrepancies found in the computation with regard to the salary payable to the petitioners, which has been fairly conceded by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the calculation memos now produced by the petitioners, on merits and in accordance with law, and settle the amount due to them, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Both the Writ Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
