The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 452, 323, 427, 506(ii) IPC r/w Sec 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (P.O.A) Amendment Ordinance Act 2014 in Crime No.71 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, move this petition seeking direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge(P.C.R.cases), Sivagangai District to be considered the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day of his surrender.

3. Perused the records.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Court after giving notice to the learned Public Prosecutor within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the concerned Court is directed to pass order purely on merits and in accordance with law on the same day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
