ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2022 under the criminal law by conducting an effective investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondents on 10.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 4916 of 2022 parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
