ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 397 of I.P.C., in Crime No.177 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that when the de-facto complainant going to her parent's home by two wheeler, at that time, unknown persons were way laid the de-facto complainant and snatched her jewels. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and a false case has been foisted against him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the stolen article is yet to be recovered.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the stolen article is yet to be recovered , this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
