ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. The fourth respondent has been served and his name is also printed in the cause. There was no representation on his side.

2.The petitioner alleges that the fourth respondent has put up unauthorized construction in the petition mentioned site. I am not giving any adverse finding against the fourth respondent. If the said statement is true, the third respondent is obliged to take action as per law. The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Opportunity shall be given to the fourth respondent. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
