ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiring into the complaint dated 29.11.2018, lodged by the fourth respondent, pending on the file of the first respondent and also restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering in the civil dispute in reference to the Shop bearing Old No.52/46, New No.2, Kadarkarai Nadar Street, Theni, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within Survey No.516 and New Ward No.25, Theni-Allinagaram Municipality, Theni.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier on the complaint given by one Chandrasekar, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.8 of 2018 and finding that the dispute between the parties are civil in nature, they were directed to approach the Civil Court and petition was closed after enquiry. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that again on the basis of the complaint dated 29.11.2018 given by the fourth respondent, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that if that is so, he will suitably advice the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and also to advise the parties to approach the Civil Court.
3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
