ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from appointing noon meal organizer to the petitioner's School, without considering the list of candidates submitted by the petitioner's School, dated 19.01.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's School submitted a representation, dated 19.01.2019 with regard to appointment of Noon-meal organizers and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this Writ Petition.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in similar circumstances, some of the Schools had already moved this Court seeking consideration of their similar prayer and against some of the appointments, this Court also granted interim stay.

5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
