(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pass orders to remove the private Liquor Bar along with Shop situated at Survey No. 264/2, Abiramam, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2025.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that as on date, no application has been received by any of the authorities and the petitioner has filed this writ petition on mere apprehension. 3/5

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
