The present Petition has been filed by the accused persons seeking to quash the charge sheet in J.C.No.340 of 2005, on the file of Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, wherein, the Petitioners have been charge-sheeted for the offences under sections 294(b), 324, 323 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(S) and 3(2)(va) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise. The defacto complainant has agreed for quashing the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present in present in person and he acknowledges the above facts and agrees for quashing the charge sheet.

3.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in J.C.No.340 of 2005, on the file of Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of the order.
