When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the first respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needles to mention that the first respondent will put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
