O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.345 of 2017, dated 07.10.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within six months. 3.Considering the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months from today. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
