ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, arrested by the respondent police on 30.03.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 of I.P.C, in Crime No.265 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that except this case, the petitioner is having two previous cases punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C. But the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is not able to say whether bail is granted to the petitioner in those cases. 4.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner would firmly submit that the petitioner was granted bail in those cases. 5.Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 13/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
