ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, arrested by the respondent police on 08.04.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.141 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having seven previous cases of similar in nature. 4.Considering the fact the petitioner is having seven previous cases of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
