This petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.6515 of 2014 in Crl.M.P.No. 976 of 2010, which was filed by the wife to punish the husband for non compliance of the order of maintenance. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said petition is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.6515 of 2014 in Crl.M.P.No. 976 of 2010 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
