2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had married the alleged victim on 25.04.2015 and the marriage was also registered under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court already granted interim bail to the petitioner on 14.05.2015, is made absolute and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
