ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to pay the retirement benefits with interest to the petitioner.

2.Claiming the retirement benefits and earned leave salary, the petitioner sent a representation dated 31.01.2019, which is not acted upon by the respondents so far and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
