Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to ply the Government buses and private buses (Private Corporation Buses and other Moffusil Buses) to ply through villages, namely, Dalavapalayam, Ayyampalayam, Thottokurichi, Pugalur and other villages in Karur Taluk as per the granted permit and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.After careful perusal of the prayer sought for herein and the typed set of papers annexed in this Writ Petition, we are not inclined to grant such prayer on the short ground that the petitioner has not impleaded the private bus owners as party respondents in this Writ Petition. However, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
