ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent who is none other than his own brother. 2.The third respondent is said to be disturbing his life in various ways. The petitioner had also given a complaint before the second respondent. It appears that the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence as such.

3.If any act of the third respondent constitutes an offence, it will be the duty of the second respondent to register an FIR and take action as per law.

4.With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed.
