ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act 1979 in Crime No.Not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. On 21.01.2015 this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Today, the respondent police has filed the status report in which in paragraph No.6, they have stated that the petitioners have not complied with the order of this Court even one day.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioners justifies it by submitting that the petitioners appeared before the Inspector of Police, but the Inspector of Police did not meet them and therefore, they have signed the visitor's register in the office of the Superintendent of Police.

5.This explanation is not acceptable because interim anticipatory bail has been granted by this Court and if the respondent is not entertaining the petitioners, it is the duty of the petitioners to inform this Court and not sign in the visitor's register in the Office of the Superintendent of Police.
