ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 12.12.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.29309 of 2023, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the Chief Educational Officer, Tiruppur District has issued proceedings on 01.04.2025 issuing appointment orders to the writ petitioner as Junior Assistant. The petitioner has also joined duty on 01.04.2025.
