The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose H.M.O.P.No.331 of 2019 pending before the learned Family Judge at Madurai.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Family Judge at Madurai, to dispose H.M.O.P.No.331 of 2019 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
