ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 29.01.2017, consequently to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner has appeared for the enquiry and given a statement stating that he withdraws the aforesaid complaint and make a fresh complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Madurai District. Therefore, in the light of the above statement made by the petitioner, the complaint was closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the concerned authority.
