This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.2540 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, D1 Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed in this matter and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurai on 04.01.2021, by closing the case as action dropped. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
