PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to forbear the 4th to 6th respondents from in anyway laying the road on petitioner's land situated in Survey No.84 at Akavayal Village, Keelanilai Post, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District without following due process of law on the basis of petitioner representation dated 28.02.2022.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents 4 to 6 from in anyway laying the road in the petitioner's patta land in S.No.84 at Akavayal Village, Keelanilai Post, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based upon his representation dated 28.02.2022. 2/5

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th and 5th respondents placed on record written instructions received to him. A perusal of the written instructions reveal that the 4th respondent has found that S.No.84 is the private patta land of the writ petitioner and the administrative sanction granted for laying the road has been cancelled.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed. 29.01.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 3/5
