learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that after completion of investigation, the case in Crime No.326 of 2015 has been closed and he produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
