ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the competent Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.105 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.105 of 2017, which was registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 147, 148 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was enquired into and after conducting the investigation the same was closed as mistake of fact. It is further stated that the closure report was also served on the petitioner, namely, the de-facto complainant. 5.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
