ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forward the complaint dated 25.10.2017 to the third respondent and register the case.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was lodged a complaint against the proposed accused. But no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner requested not to prosecute further in the above said complaint. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was closed by the third respondent. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry report is also produced before this Court. 4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has disputed the above said fact. But this Court is not inclined to go all these aspects. If petitioner has any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent Court to raise his grievance.
