Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's land and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.162/60 to an extent of 0.80.0 situated at Kurungallur Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's application, dated 26.09.2018 within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured.

2.The second and third respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise. If the second and third respondents encountered any resistance, they shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the competent Civil Court. If there is no resistance of opposition, the survey exercise should be completed within a period of three months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the opposition is without any basis, the survey authority is at liberty to take the assistance of the jurisdictional police.
