ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2, 6 & 7 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2026. 2/5

2.The contention of the petitioner is that he has filed a public interest litigation alleging that encroachment has been made by respondents 8 and 9. The petitioner now alleges that respondents 8 and 9 are threatening him.

3.Recording the same, the seventh respondent Police is directed to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, subject to payment of necessary charges. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
