ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.8 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD) No.4659 of 2020 only course open to the petitioner is surrender and apply for regular trial. The petitioner cannot vex this Court by filling successive petitions for anticipatory bail.
