ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.454 of 2005 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.04.2015 in pursuance of non bailable warrant issued in P.R.C.No.48 of 2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 307 and 427 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2005 and the respondent had laid a charge sheet only on 02.11.2011 and the petitioner had not received summons from the trial Court and therefore, non bailable warrant was issued and he was not aware of the proceedings before the trial Court. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that except this petitioner, other five accused have been appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before the committal Court for hearing.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and on further condition the the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail.
