Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 not to process the application made by the 3rd respondent to withdraw the amount held in account number 001200400118164 of Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Beach road, thoothukudi and 1123101049118 of Canara Bank Melur Branch, Thoothukudi, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2020, and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to disburse the amount to the legal heirs held by the petitioner's father in the above accounts only upon the submission of the legal heirship certificate issued by the competent court of law.
