O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.348 of 2017, dated 09.06.2017 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated that the petitioner is the defacto complainant who lodged a complaint which was registered in Crime No.348 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 147, 148, 323, 324, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. Alleging that there was no further progress and that the investigation is unnecessarily delayed, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is going on and more than five witnesses have been examined in connection with the crime. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further stated that final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months.

5. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the second respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.348 of 2017 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
