ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No. 25 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The Inspector of Posts, Ramanathapuram Sub Division, lodged a complaint dated 03.05.2015 alleging that the seal of the post office was missing from 31.7.

2013 and the accused, who was working as a Women Recurring Deposit Agent, had taken away the seal and also by fabricating the documents, misappropriated Rs.2,45,000/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint was given only on suspicion and even before registration of the case entire amount was deposited in the name of G.S.Baskaran, who is the father of Vivetha, from whose account the accused alleged to have misappropriated the amount. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is aged lady and she has been serving as a Postal Agent for more than 30 years and she has no bad antecedents.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the entire amount was recovered and the petitioner has no bad antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Ramanathapuram, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
