This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the 2nd Respondent to give adequate police protection for the life and limp of the petitioner to lead her life at Door No. A21 Jawahar Nagar main Road NGO "B"Colony Tirunelveli 7 forthwith by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2016 .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is suffering from breast cancer, has not been permitted to reside in the house, where she was residing and on account of which, there was a dispute and therefore, a representation dated 09.06.2016 has been submitted to the respondents. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
