ORDER

The petitioner / husband filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the HMOP.No.157 of 2020 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai to the Family Court, Madurai, where already M.C.No.55 of 2020 and HMOP.No.89 of 2020 filed by the respondent / wife is is pending

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, notice is not necessary.

3. Since both the M.C.No.55 of 2020 and HMOP.No.89 of 2020 filed by the respondent / wife is is pending before the Family Court, Madurai, the HMOP.No.157 of 2020 pending on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The II Additional Sub Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai forthwith.
