This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 17.03.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.230 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC., on 20.04.2018. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
