ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not run any chit transaction and he was only the friend of one Mr.Kaliappan, who was running a chit fund business and who got murdered recently. He would further submit that already summons have been issued by the second respondent Police for his appearance on 14.07.2016, on which date he has appeared and cooperated for the enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has been called only for investigation in respect of a murder of one Mr.Kaliappan; the respondents did not cause any harassment to the petitioner; and now his presence is not required for any enquiry.
