RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 14075/2018 dated 30.10.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.JEYASANKAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14075 of 2018 on 30.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is pregnant and the Doctors are advised her to take bed rest and not to strain herself.

The second petitioner is the husband of the first petitioner. The dispute in this case seems to be civil in nature with the family members. Other than, this petitioners have been complied with the conditions imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for modification of the said conditions.
