ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has appeared for enquiry, which is being conducted by the respondents; during one hearing, he has given an undertaking to produce a copy of the judgment rendered in O.S.No.65 of 2007 and accordingly, produced the same before the respondents; and even then, the respondents are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has not produced any documents before the respondents as per his undertaking and that if he produce the same, he would not be called for further enquiry.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents Police on 23.07.2016 and produce the copy of the documents before the respondents. After the production of documents, as per the undertaking given, the petitioner shall not be called for further.
